If you are coming to the end of your prescription and you have been informed by the doctor that you are at a steady stable dose, you can then apply here for a repeat prescription of the same medication and same dose as your previous prescription.
Please have the name and dose of your prescribed medication. You will need to send a picture of your BP and PR with the date taken before a repeat prescription will be sent to the pharmacy of your choice.
